Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping Rates & Times

We offer a range of domestic and international shipping options. Estimated delivery times and costs vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may be subject to delays outside our control.

Domestic (UK)

  • Standard: 2–4 working days

  • Express: 1–3 working days

International Shipping

We ship worldwide, including Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and selected countries in Asia and the Middle East.

  • Delivery typically takes 2–11 business days, depending on destination.

  • Shipping costs and free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, refusal to pay customs duties, or repeated delivery attempts, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details (where available). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays & Liability

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs inspections, weather disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to countries subject to international trade restrictions, embargoes, or where local carriers cannot provide reliable service.
